Flatiron School: Alumni Storytelling Campaign

Goal: To tell the journey of beginning a new career that includes wins, struggles, connections, and ultimately, one of the most profound personal victories. We aimed to share real stories of real students in order to gain the trust of potential students and increase application volume through evergreen content.

Organic Social Results: 9 social posts / 12,488 Impressions / 106 Link Clicks / 223 Likes

Email Results: Sent to 84k contacts / 99% deliverability / 28% open rate / 4% click to open rate / 36 applications

Flatiron School: Lead Re-Engagement Strategy

Launched May 2020

 

Goal: To increase ROI beyond the first 30 days of a new lead by expanding the student journey past 30, 60 and 120 days.

We achieved this through multi-touch tactics, compounded with similar visuals across paid digital & email marketing.

Email/Automation Results:

  • Launched new nurture flow that is triggered once contacts do not engage (page view, open email) in 120 days.

  • A/B tested messaging in 5 unique batch emails
