Crunchy on the outside and marshmallow-y on the inside, a pav is a classic Aussie dessert (or NZ depending on who you ask).

Each pavlova is filled with fruits and a crème pâtissière of your choosing, topped with a freshly whipped chantilly cream and strawberries.
